Nick was born and raised in Essex County New Jersey. He lived in West Caldwell for 18 years until college when he moved to Wayne, NJ to attend William Paterson University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in both Criminal Justice and Sociology. After college, he moved to West Orange NJ, where he currently resides, and he embarked into the world of business. After a small stint working as a full-time landscaper, he and a business partner began their own business, Lemon Landscaping LLC, based in Verona NJ. During the winter, Nick began working home-staging for various realtors in Montclair NJ. It was there when Nick was introduced to the world of real estate. He then attended the Montclair School of Real Estate where he earned his real estate licence. He found himself at Weichert Realtors in Livingston NJ, and that where he has been practicing real estate every since.
